1. About us

FreshCart is a grocery delivery service operated by FinBazaar Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., with registered office at No. 52, DG Complex, 3rd floor, Tamil Sangam Road, Simmakkal, Madurai 625001. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean FinBazaar.

2. Placing orders

When you submit an order through the site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. An order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation with an order ID. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or if we suspect misuse.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices, offers, weights and availability are shown on the product page and may change without notice. Fresh produce weights are approximate; small variations can occur. If a priced item is listed in error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

4. Delivery

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across major Indian cities selected at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on your location, traffic and product availability. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive perishable items.

5. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details accurate and up to date. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or interfering with other customers' orders.

6. Payments

You may pay using the methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed through our payment partners; we do not store card credentials on our servers. You are responsible for any charges made on your selected payment method.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The FreshCart name, logo, product photography, illustrations and site content are owned by FinBazaar or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when this page was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
